The Chester Grosvenor Hotel

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness centre was a delightful experience, with a wide array of massages available. In-room breakfast was a delightful touch of luxury, and the bar/lounge area was sophisticated yet relaxed. the location was perfect for exploring the city centre.

this was a minor inconvenience that did not detract from the overall experience.

We had the absolutely amazing experience of being upgraded to a wonderful suite upon check-in. The dinner in La Brasserie was perfect, with a 5-star menu and friendly service. Breakfast in the room the next morning was delicious and piping hot. The afternoon tea in the Arkle Bar was lovely and relaxing. The staff made our weekend just perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, surrounded by stunning architecture and adjacent to the access point of the city walls. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, offering a cozy place to relax after a busy day exploring. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast options are varied and delicious, providing a great start to your day.

I had a fantastic stay with friendly staff and a grand atmosphere. The room was spacious with a comfortable, massive bed and a settee. This hotel is ideally located in the city center, making it easy to explore the shops and attractions.

The place was attractive and fairly clean, it had very good location and staff. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, I tried excellent dishes.

The breakfast was warm and delicious at 9.15am and the food was fine. The location was very central, right by the restaurant and Chester. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Botanist.

Had fabulous stay at a top quality hotel in the heart of Chester and the weather was particularly warm. I truly enjoyed the room with views.

The location is perfect, with everything you need right on your doorstep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has convenient parking facilities, perfect for travelers with lots of baggage or mobility issues. The rooms, although a bit outdated, are lovely and cozy. It's a treat to stay in a historic building.

It's fairly clean, fantastic location and service. The airport is 0.5 km away, easy to get to. Certainly an amazing experience for celebrations in Chester.

The staff were attentive, room was spacious, location was great for shopping and dining, and the property was clean and comfortable.

The hotel had a central location and it was a short walk to Chester Cathedral. The full English breakfast was hot and complementary, a great selection of options. It's my first option in Chester, thank you.

The place was fairly clean, I thoroughly enjoyed its staff and rooms. Everything was great and within 15 minutes' drive of Chester Hawarden airport. They had a quick check-in. Tbh, had a fantastic stay at The Grosvenor Hotel in the lovely Chester.

The spa treatments were wonderful and left us feeling fully relaxed. the tasting menu at the restaurant was excellent, with knowledgeable staff and delicious food. the bed in our room was huge and very comfortable.

The bathroom was disappointing with low water pressure and some mould. the TV in the bedroom was small and the desk lampshade was broken.

Cheap hotel, we loved it. View was fantastic, breakfast was full cooked, and beds were incredibly large.

Great location for exploring city centre, well-appointed rooms, spotlessly clean, bath and shower with complimentary products and fluffy towels. Proper coffee, tea, bottled water, and a nice mini bar. Continental breakfast with plant-based options, nice view of Roman wall from corner room. Enjoyable stay, wish it could be longer.

The venue is iconic, with outstanding food and lovely location right in the centre of chester. Plenty of pastries and breads available in the bar for breakfast.

Staff is well-motivated, breakfast good hot, location is unbeatable next to park, a the centre of Chester ideal for anyone who enjoys shopping, the old city wall.
